Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at larkspurmasonry.com, or by requesting services from Larkspur Masonry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Description of Services

Larkspur Masonry is a masonry contractor based in Larkspur, CA. We provide residential and commercial masonry services including but not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, retaining wall construction, stone and brick installation, and related masonry work. Services are performed in-person at the customer's property. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding contract or guarantee of service availability, timeline, or price.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided - whether verbally, in writing, or through this website - are based on information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change. Binding pricing is provided only through a written, signed contract or agreement executed by both parties.

Estimates may be revised if:

• Hidden conditions are discovered once work begins (such as concealed structural damage, hazardous materials, or site conditions not visible during the initial assessment)
• The customer requests changes to the original scope of work
• Material costs change significantly between the estimate date and project start date

We will notify the customer of any change in scope or price before proceeding with additional work beyond the original estimate.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Project scheduling is confirmed in writing or via direct communication betweenLarkspur Masonry and the customer. We make every effort to meet agreed-upon dates, but scheduling is subject to weather conditions, permit processing delays, and material availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

• Cancellation with at least 48 hours notice will not incur a cancellation fee, provided no materials have been ordered or delivered for your project.
• Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, or after materials have been ordered, may result in charges to cover costs already incurred, including material and labor preparation costs.

We reserve the right to reschedule projects due to unsafe weather conditions, permit delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if rescheduling is required.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or project agreement. In general:

• A deposit may be required to reserve your project start date and secure materials.
• Progress payments may be requested for larger projects with multiple phases.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods will be specified at the time of estimate. Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees or collection proceedings. Larkspur Masonry reserves the right to suspend work on any project with an outstanding unpaid balance.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area on scheduled work days
• Disclose any known site hazards, such as underground utilities, septic systems, or prior unpermitted work
• Secure pets and ensure children are kept clear of the work area during active construction
• Obtain any required approvals from homeowners associations or other governing bodies prior to the start of work

Larkspur Masonry is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from the customer's failure to meet these responsibilities.

Permits and Inspections

For projects requiring a building permit, Larkspur Masonry will obtain the required permit on behalf of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the project estimate. The customer agrees to cooperate with any required inspections, including providing access to the property for inspection by local building officials.

Warranty

Larkspur Masonry warrants that work performed will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner, using materials reasonably suitable for the intended purpose. Any warranty specific to a project will be described in the written project agreement.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from:

• Acts of nature, including earthquakes, floods, or severe weather events
• Misuse, abuse, or modifications made by others after project completion
• Normal wear and aging of materials
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed or not discoverable during the initial assessment

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Larkspur Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to services provided or the use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
